If you’re reading this article then I assume that you are striving to get your AdSense account approved and you’ve read the articles on different blogs & forums and none of them are working for you…right?

Getting approved in AdSense is not an easy task. Google has some strict policies and set of rules that you need to know before applying for AdSense.

It’s like the dream for the new blogger to get approved in AdSense. When I first applied for AdSense, I got rejected. I continually applied for 5 times and got rejected.

After failing many times, I read the Google policy thoroughly again and found these five techniques that worked for me. This time my AdSense account approved with just seven blog posts only.

Wanna know how?

Before you sign up for Google AdSense you need to know few basic requirements for your blog. These requirements are not very complicated and are easy to achieve.

When you fulfil these requirements I guarantee that your AdSense account will get approved as soon as you apply.

If you are from countries of South Asia like China, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. I suggest you to apply for AdSense after 3 months.

1. Create A Blog/Website

First of all, you need to create a blog website of at least 4-5 pages and fill up all the categories with appropriate content.

Make sure to fill all your categories and pages and none of those pages remains blank with no content in it. It’s crucially important.

There are some rules and regulation as mentioned on their official website such as:

  • You need to be at least 18 years old,
  • Your blog must not have content related to hacking/cracked software
  • Your blog should not possess adult content etc.
  • Your Blog should be of at least 6 months old.

One thing that I want to take into notice here is that many bloggers from countries like China & India do not apply for AdSense prior to six months because of the rule mentioned on the official page of the Google AdSense i.e.:

For countries like China & India, publishers need to own the site for minimum 6 months“,

But that’s not so true.

I have witnessed many Indian bloggers who got approved in a month or two. I myself got approved in 3 months with just 7 posts only.

The only thing that matters to get approval in AdSense is “Original & Quality Content“.

2. Original Content

Many people who are new to the field of blogging do not understand the importance of Original Content.

All they do is copy paste the materials from Google and forgets that the content they have copied might be copyrighted.

Some black hats say that copying and pasting content between 100-150 words are enough to get your AdSense account approved but that’s not true.

The reason why I failed 5 times when I applied for AdSense was the duplicate content.

When I applied for AdSense the very first time I had about 15 posts and I deleted all of them when I came to know the importance of original content and kept only 7 articles that were purely mine.

Though I didn’t copy the exact articles but a few lines, yet I wasn’t getting my AdSense account approved.

Let me tell you that there’s a term called “Google Panda” that can detect your copied content and if this happens to a lot of pages on the same website.

Then, most probably it will block your content to appear on Google Search and hence it will affect your organic traffic as it’s the major source of traffic for the websites.

So, please keep in mind that Google AdSense doesn’t approve blogs with copy-pasted content.

3. Quality Content

You must have heard the phrase “Content is the King” from almost all the professional bloggers.

What does this mean?

How is it beneficial in Adsense approval?

In the exact sense of term by Quality Content, we mean that content should be original and informative. It should be useful to your readers so that they return back to your site and suggests their friends & colleagues about it.

People don’t pay for rubbish. The site has to be useful, useful to millions of people.

Once you’ll start writing content that is helping millions of people, Google will definitely want to display advertisement on your page.

Afterall, Google wants to increase their AdSense program and reach out to more advertisers.

You should have sufficient contents or posts on every page of your blog. Try posting the articles which have an optimum length of 1500 to 4000 words.

The longer article tends to rank better in the Google Search results.

Remember, the length of your blog posts also determines the Adsense approval. The more you increase the length of your post, the more you go towards AdSense approval.

4. Apply Using Root Domain

Before applying for Adsense, I suggest you purchase a domain name (e.g.,

You should always apply for Adsense using the root domain like and not as or

5. Visitors Are Not Yet A Factor To Get Your AdSense Account Approved.

Many newbies focus more on traffic generation rather than focusing on quality of the content.

So, let me inform you that Visitors are still not a factor for getting approved in Adsense.

Adsense moderators do not check for visitors count. I strongly suggest you to focus more on the quality of your content rather than sharing it for traffic.

This does not mean that you should totally ignore the readers, they are important, definitely not for AdSense approval but for revenue generation.

And obviously, you are applying for Adsense to make money.

So more traffic, more money.

Follow these four techniques, and I assure you that you won’t need any other article to get your AdSense account approved.

Stop worrying about whether your AdSense account will be approved or not and start focusing on the quality content.

Thank you for reading.
